My first post in an extremely long time...(:

Sigh, hello everybody! (: This is my very first post in a very long time yah? Some of you would know because you guys have been keeping vigil at my blog almost every other day to check for new posts and I thank you guys for that! :D Whenever you don't see me post for a very long time, please, don't hesitate to spam my email or my phone with SMSes and emails :D I don't mind, really :P

I've been busy with loads of homework recently, and adjusting back to school life took quite some time for me >< But rest assured, I'm in full working order now yah? :D By the way, for those of you who don't know, I've created a photoblog hosted by Aminus (: Its link is as follows:

Haha, I just finished writing a Poe
My teaches told us to complete as a homework assignment - and frankly speaking, it sucks :P Though I may seem to you as a person who likes to read and understand poems, I'm not
One to write them :P Anyway...I got to go now - have to wake up early tomorrow for school because I've got to help out at the chapel :P So, 'till the next post, BYE :D

After the EOYs :D

Hello guys! :D YES It's after the EOYs! I'm seriously enjoying myself at home - but I'll try to keep my myopia in check :D HAHA :D

I've been playing Pro Evolution Soccer 2010 (PES 2010) recently and it is incredible! :D I hate it when you play soccer in reality but on the computer - soccer is elevated to a whole new level :D HAHA. I even made a goalkeeper score an own goal! :D HAHA. It's hilarious - he went to punch the ball and it went into the goal. You should have seen how funny that is :D If only I could transfer the video onto Facebook or something :D HAHA. Let me see whether the file is in a suitable format..NOPE, unfortunately :D

Tomorrow is training day! The start of training again after like, two months? :D I think I'm going to capsize - a lot of times :D LOL I can't wait to row the nelo! :D It's so exiting :D LOL! HAHA :D Okay, that's about it :D I have really nothing more to talk about.

Oh yes. One more thing. The next 4 days (excluding weekends) are marking days - if you would pardon the pun- all the best to the teachers! :D

Write again soon, Hubert! :D

HELLO (:

HI guys (: I just finished the Chemistry exam paper my teacher told us to do. Kinetic Particle Theory, interesting. (:

Oh, and I just realised that there was this small counter at my dashboard. It counts the total number of posts you posted xD After I post this, the number will rise to 116. (: LOL. I have nothing to do. Legion of Mary tomorrow (: I can't wait for fellowship! (: Are we going to go bowling again? Or are we going to catch a movie? Maybe there will be no fellowship because of Final Year Examinations ):  Maybe I'd have to leave early ): Who knows? (: I just hope it will be bowling (: LOL.

Physics, compared to Chemistry, is a pain in the arse. :P No offence Mr. Ng! (: I wonder why they decided to throw Math into the topic Physics and then, place Physics under the grouping 'Science'. O.O It makes life difficlt for all of us. I reckon that physicist are cussing every time they encounter a energy calculation error xD Just joking!

Here is a joke I found xD :

You enter the laboratory and see an experiment. How will you know which class is it? If it's green and wiggles, it's biology.
If it stinks, it's chemistry.
If it doesn't work, it's physics.

I'm so anxious. There is only a few days left until the Secondary One Final Year Examinations. The first paper would be the English essay writing and situational writing. I wonder what kind of essay they would be testing us on. Narrative? Expository? (: Who knows? (: LOL. Second paper would still be English, but the second paper would be comprehension and summary plus the vocabulary.

That's all I have to say xD Bye! (:

(: Just a random post (:

The title says it all. This is just a random post. (: LOL. I am finally finished with my Literature essay and my chinese work so here I am not, posting (: I have nothing else better to do anyway (:

See the couter at the top of the page? (: IT'S ALMOST THE FINAL YEAR EXAMINATIONS! (: LOL! (: Revision is of the utmost importance (: LOL My teacher just added an extra chapter in History to revise. Great, just great. I know, I know, my words are always full of sarcasm. (: HAHA (:

I don't really have much to say. Except the fact that there is training tomorrow, and there is also the Literature Festival tomorrow. It is a festival to promote reading, and they have plenty more of other objectives  xD That's is all that I have to say, really.

BYE! (: HAHA I'll post some other day. Maybe tomorrow, I'll see what I can say about the Literature Festival. (: BYE! (:

Final Year Examninations (:

Most of you would have noticed that there is a new widget in my blog. The 'Final Year Examinations'(F.Y.E) Counter! (:

Only 32 days to go to SJI's Secondary One F.Y.E., so you guys won't be seeing me online as often as I used to be. (: HA HA. First up on my revision list would be, History! History is by far my most favourite subject of all in Secondary One so I decided to start with it. I'm currently studying the Rendel Constitution of Singapore, created in the 1955s to give the local population more power to determine who should be the government but the British, or the Colonial Administration, still had more power over internal affairs so, tough luck! (: HEE :D

"Those who do not remember the past are condemned to repeat it."
George Santayana

I know that I must be boring you with my rather, historical post but I can't help it! It's my favourite subject, isn't it? HAHA. Okay, if you are really getting bored, I shall talk about YOG (Youth Olympic Games). Time flies rather quickly. In such a short span of the time the YOG is already over, now with the foreign athletes going back to their homeland, I am glad that I made some new friends there. I just want to get their emails so that I can keep in contact with them. Though conversing with English would be a little tough, my 'little expertise' in some French should do the trick sometimes. HAHA.

Canoeing Contact Time (CCT) is next Monday, 30th of August. I can't wait! (: I can finally make my friends capsize but I hope they don't put us through the idiotic One-star Kayaking course again. (: I just want to have fun! (: Rather disappointing that our form tutor won't be joining us ):. Sad. ):

That's all I have to say (: Enjoy the last few months on school guys! (: Work and study hard for the Final-Year Examinations (: Jiayou!

Regards,
Hubert Yeo !(:

I'm bored, so I'll just post (: RESULTS ):

Hey guys! Decided to post because I was UBER bored. ): LOL. Teacher said that they had more or less finished marking the paper and they say the results were rather depressing. I'm so WORRIED ):

Going for YOG duties tomorrow again (: Since I have no exams to revise for anymore, I'll bring my magazine, storybook and and few other things to do. (: HEE :D I still must keep in mind that FYE are coming up, I still must revise! I must try to improve and do well for my essays, both English and Chinese, though I dare say that I'm still weaker in chinese ): . 应用文is the main killer, followed by 作文。公函,私函。ARGHHHH。 LOL。
Perfect practice makes perfect, I'll keep that in mind.

One more thing. Had English situational writing exam today, informal letter. The topic is about our English TIC-BOT alternative assessment. (: The writing went smoothly although I did insert some contractions here and there, though my teacher repeated himself over and over again, not to use contractions. XP I wonder why we shouldn't. I've read before in books that by using contractions, it'll help you reduce the level of formality you are at, thus, improving you overall language marks. I shall ask him on Tuesday, as that is the day that I will be seeing him, after today. (: YOG tomorrow, not ever sure whether I can attend the Social Meeting Conference on Saturday. The Archdiocese of Singapore is coming to school and I am supposed to help out! The thing that bothers me is that Mr. Ang is going through what we are supposed to do tomorrow but, I will be at YOG. ): ): Nevermind. I'll SMS him later to ask about the briefing. (: I hope someone will explain it to me. (: HAHA

Missing school on Monday too. Reason? YOG. Tuesday is a normal school day. Wednesday, Thursday would be my last and final YOG duty date before it completely stops. (: I wonder how happy I will be when it stops. (: HAHA. The last and final thing that is making me jittery and my skin crawl is the final year exams. I keep asking myself, "What if I fail?", 'What if the paper is too hard and I am not able to answer a large number of the questions?". But, I learnt to have faith and trust in both God and myself, that I am able to do this, to conquer the final year examinations to the best of my ability, knowing that I have did my best. (:

That's it (:

Post again someother time (: What you guys can do is to tag! (:
HAHA :D
