Saddening news ):

Hey guys :) Hubert here, posting again :) LOL someone recently commented on my LANGUAGE LOL :D Fine I'll try to be as formal, *oops*, informal, as possible :) HAHA, getting my maths, biology, and literature results next week. I'm so nervous!!!!! LOL, I got A1 for Chinese(>< some people know my status), but its 80% out of a 100 if you want to know. Maths, teacher only told me that I was third in class, English, top. AM I boasting??? >< LOL. Biology was shocking. Teacher said that 1/3 of the class failed O.O LOL. The highest scorer still beat the class next to us YAY LOL. (I'm trying my best to merge informality and perfect english together), which is very difficult. I tend to stray to Singlish when I'm informal. Like 'larrrrr' and 'lehhhh'. LOL, making an effort to improve on my english language here, if that should clarify your doubts :) LOL. Sigh, many unfortunate incidents have been happening in the school lately): Every SJI student remember to pray for Tan Ser Yung! He's lying in the Ang Mo Kio Community Hospital now, still lying in a somewhat partial-coma. Brandon Yew, please pray for his condition as well. Pray that he will come back to school safe and sound, and that no one will ever provoke him agian. I shall end here, byeeeeeee :)

Typical Saturday...:)

Hi everyone :) Hubert here. The end of Saturday, how nice! HAHAS.

In the morning, I went to canoeing training with a special someone whom I have not met for quite some time :) HAHA, but we really didn't chat much actually because we had nothing to chat about and er...she was tired :) so I didn't want to disturb her too much. HEHE, so yah, I reached MacRitchie at around 7.15 ? I went into the changing room to stretch (my entire body was bloody sore). At around, 7.30, I went up to the shed to place my belongings (except my phone and wallet). I looked around and said three words. What, the and hell. One after another respectively. HAHAS. Reason being because nobody was there! I walked two rounds around the Lim Bo Seng Trail, aimless. I finished at 7.50 and FINALLY, Reuven, the Sec. 2 captain was there. Said HI, chop chop and took boats and everything and prepared for training. When I went down into the pontoon, the first thing I said was "Oh my god" and the second was "shit". The reason is simple, the pond is infested with boats from ALL kinds of school. I was sighing back there. Alas, I went down anyway. HAHA, Jiao Lian patted my back after training and said "Good Job". (In Chinese of course). :) He said that he wants me to get a Gold Medal for the C1 event O.O I tried to be modest and I said that I can't (In chinese). He scolded me a "dumb ass".(For chinese people, its zhu tou) T.T LOL. YAH YAH, blah blah went back home. Sleep.

MASS

At 4.30, I left the house for the Marymount Chapel, located on the same ground as the Gift of Love Home for those who know where. HAHA, I was serving as an altar boy and it was my first time. I almost screwed up T.T but, nevermind, it was good experience anyway :) At least I learnt something new :)The only thing I served was the wine to the other altar boy to be poured into the cup. Other than that, I was either sitting down and putting my hands on my kneecaps or standing up and clasping my hands together, constantly in prayer. We had to wear 3 layers of clothing. Let me give you a run-down:

(Inner to Outer)(1-3, 1 being the inner)
1. Home Clothing
2. Red Garment
3. White Garment

The garments were 'flowing'. You know the Marina Wave? HAHA something like that I guess. LOL, after the mass, I took 1 cup of drink and followed the rest to Novena Square for my dinner :) My dinner was okay :) I ate Char Siew with Steamed chicken and soup. I also drank ALoe Vera with Lime Juice. TASTY :) After that, I got a lift from my friend's dad. He dropped me off at the bus-stop RIGHT outside my house ;) How kind XD. HAHA i guess that is it for today :) Hubert Signing Off. :)

EXAMMMMSSSS

Hi guys, currently posting and apologise once again, for not posting for such a long time :D Sigh, Mid-Year exams starting tomorrow with Geography and there are so many topics to study and revise! *Argh* I hate Natural Vegetation! We have to memorise all the chracteristics of a Tropical Rainforest! For example, drip tips, waxy leaves, buttress roots and many others T.T we may be even tested on sketching the rainforest T.T must draw the epiphytes, lianas, and the three layers of the rainforest namely the undergrowth, canopy and the emergent layers. After Tropical Rainforest is deciduous and the coniferous T.T after that is grasslands, which include the tropical savannah and temperate grassland T.T AND AFTER GRASSLAND is the desert vegetation, which ALSO INCLUDES hot desert vegetation and cold tundra vegetation. LOL, after Natural Vegetation is the Solar System. We have to learn the tilting of the Earth and the important latitudes namely the Equator, Tropic of Cancer, Tropic of Capricorn, Arctic Circle and The Antarctic Circle. We then have to learn the use of Longtitudes, the Greenwich Meridian , Prime Meridian and the IDL. We have to calculate and measure the GMTs. For example, Singapore's GMT is GMT+8 which means that we are 8hours earlier than the Greenwich.

After all that is Map Reading, we have to learn the 4 Figure Grid Reference and 6 Figure Grid reference. We have to give compass bearings and compass directions for the map. We ALSO have to measure length of landmarks. We learn the linear scale and how to use it to measure distance. After Map Reading is Environment through Photographs. There are three types, Landscape, Aerial and Satellite. After this is Weather and Climate. We have to learn the hydrologic cycle (also known as the water cycle). OKAY OKAY I KNOW ENOUGH CRAP I KNOW :D HAHA XD I am very relaxed after sharing with you so much crap XD LOL okay change topic. I recently went to watch a play on Animal Farm and it ROCKSS!!! They placed lots of comedy into the play but they did extract some phrases from the text itself. Recommended for any one who loves literary works :D OKay this is Hubert signing off :D
