Orientationnnnnnnn Camppp...~~

Hiiiiiiii, everyone...sigh* nvr been on the comp for about 3 days liao coz this whole week i was so damn busy XD...so tday im gonna post bout' the orientation camp..^^haha so lets start..get ready!!...so ok we started out by going to assembly and den aft all that..we stayed back for a short briefing and den head to classrooms and put down our bags and went to the lecture theatre 1 for a warm welcome by the PSLs and PSFs (which is the Peer Support Leaders and Peer Support Faciltators):P..forgive me if i spelt it wrong XD...and den we like practiced the main school cheer..haha it was like sooooo way off tune the first time XD...but we managed to get a hang of it haha..aft that Friar Mike...he is the sch's religious teacher..came to teach us bout the school values...Faith,Service and Community..he explained that faith is all about trust towards ur friends and he told us never to abuse that trust or break it, and for service, it means service towards other ppl that needs hlp and u are there wen they need them describes community :)...and then Friar Mike showed us a movie about american football..it was quite exiting and nice and the movie teaches us about racism and not to insult other ppl races ^^...guess i'll skip some parts XD..skip lunch..ok..here comes the games!!!...WOOHoo..haha..although after the games the PSL kept asking us what did we learn...XD...but the games were fun!!...aft that go back class room to do some bonding with our classmates and PSL..aft that...skip dinner...go bac Lecture theartre 1 to learn some songs...but most of them i already knew coz i was from a CBS sch was'nt i?..haha...den aft the went for the ~~Night Walk~~ wooo...haha..this walk was sooooo fun!!!..haha...we must like erm..o to 8 different stations and do an activity..^^..aft that we went to bathe..haha..to kim: Nobody banged on our doors, coz there were no doors!!!HAHAHA!!"...LOL..it was like those kind of showers in sentosa but enclosed and we only had...3 and a half mins to bathe for a group of 12 ppl..and if u mus strip to the core..if nt two PSLs will stand bside u and wait till u strip XD...but if the whole grp do nt gt out in 3 and half mins time...they will send a sch photographer in to take some shots...(which they were bluffing XDXD)..haha aft that we jus went bac to our bunks to sleep..i did nt bring any slping bags so i slept on the floor ;(...sad*...bt the floor was quite soft haha..den i jus slept soundly and peacefully till tmr.... ~~END OF DAY 1~

Hi everybody...now is day 2 or rather part 2 of the orientation camp!!!...k..rise and shine was at 6.30...(WOW..so early)LOL...went to brush our teeths..and then changed into P.E. attire...and went for breakfast at the canteen(which is provided:P)...after that we went to the LT1 to sing most of SJI's school songs and cheers...and then after that..I (or rather WE ^^) went to SAM..which means Singapore Art Museum...for those of u who dunno why we went there...lemme tell u..SAM is the Old SJI..and proof u say?..well read this ^^.."http://www.singaporeartmuseum.sg/museum/the_building.php"..haha...get it now? there were 8 stations as usual but we only managed to visit 6 because of time constraint..XD..yup so we went back after looking at some art too :P...after that..er *skip lunch*...and den the fun part came!!!...WATER GAMESSSSS WOOHOOOOO!!!>...haha...we seriously got VERI VERI SOAKED aft this...the first game was called "Pass the Bomb"..u have to take off ur T-shirt and den pass the water bomb down to the nxt person and the first person who reaches the bottom wins!!..alas...our group loss...hah but we were happY?...u noe why? coz aft that the winning group got to throw water bombs at us!!...haha we were seriously soaked after this...and the rest i shall skip =D MUAHAHAHA...want to find out? ask me wen im on9 hehe^^...after that is the Peer Support Session..which is where we wrote POSITIVE things about other ppl...lol...den some cheeky..b-s-a-d..:P..went to write that my braces look nice...den i almost vomited wen i saw that message...LOL?>..do i look like i wear braces...walao...lol..but nvm i had a good laugh..hehe...aft that went for dinner...haha...den wait at the canteen for my parents to come for the Parents Orientation....brought them to the PAC which is the Performing Arts Centre..then went to the LT1 to sing some cheers and songs...aft that went for the badge-pinning ceremony..we like lined up until it was our turn (the whole class)..the PSLs knelt down on one knee to pin the badges..(not 'coz it was too formal mind u, but it was 'coz we were too shortXDXD)...haha den they hugged us to welcome us into the Josephian Family..^^..den bowed...high-5ed everyone of them and den went off the stage...den we showed the Josephian Spirit by singing ALL the songs and cheers in our arsenal ^^...haha den dissmissed!!...and den went back hmm :(...i want orientation camp again!!! *sobs* it was really fun!!...kays will post the campfire item later on if i have the time..if not then tmr...kk bb for now!!!..
